About 500m from Midoriko Station, and 1.25km or so from Arei Jinja. I have been able to find out very little about this shrine. It is registered with the Nagano Shrine Association, but as far as I can see there is no information is given. That said, it is well worth a visit if only to see its pair of koma-inu: these were carved by Akabane Yōjin (赤羽要人), who also carved the Arei Jinja counterparts, and are just as quirky and idiosyncratic.
A notice board at the back of the shrine tells us that during the Edo Period there was a Buddhst temple dedicated to Yakushi on the site.
